What we keep, and who sees it

What we keep

• Your family’s name, phone number and, if you give it, email.
• The town, ZIP code and state you live in — never a street address.
• Where in Uttar Pradesh your family comes from, and who brought you to UPAGP, if you tell us.
• Your family members’ names, relationships and dates of birth — used for ticket prices and to open your family’s page.
• Your bookings and payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Who sees it

• Your family, on its own page — opened with your phone number and a family member’s date of birth.
• The UPAGP board, to run the events.
• Everyone else sees only counts — how many families live in a town or come from a district — and never a count under three.
• Children’s details are never shown anywhere outside your family’s page and the board’s dashboard.
• Sponsors’ names appear on the sponsor wall only after the board confirms them, and never with amounts. A sponsor can choose not to be named.

Your choices

• You can change your family’s details yourself, any time, on your family’s page.
• To have your family removed, write to info@upagp.com. We delete your family’s record completely.
• The site sends no emails of its own. Stripe sends your payment receipt.
• The site uses three small cookies: one remembers your language, one keeps your family’s page open on your device, and one keeps a board member signed in to the dashboard.
